Liberals have suggested that the capture by Iran of British soldiers while in Iraqi waters was orchestrated by Pres. Bush as an excuse to go to war against Iran. This is similar to the 9-11 conspiracy
theories in that it ascribes to Geo. Bush extraordinary powers to orchestrate world events.
