WashPost bitter that Pres. Bush is insufficiently pro-crime

The editors at the Washington Post complain that "one of the stingiest presidents in American history when it comes to pardons." They say that crack cocaine laws are "absurd" and that Pres. Bush would show "courage" and "compassion" if only he would return more crack dealers to the streets.
