Opposition to Obamacare reaches new high

Before Obama's speech, likely voters opposed Obamacare by 53% to 44%. Now, Rasmussen reports opposition has reached a new high of 55% to 42%. 67% of independents oppose the plan. Those who strongly oppose outnumber those who strongly support by 44% to 23% which is roughly unchanged since late August.

Democrats have been saying that those who oppose Obamacare are racist/birther/teabaggers. For Obamacare to become popular, the path is clear: Democrats must develop stronger epithets.
