How good is Canadian health care?

CBC News reports (hat tip: Instapundit) on where Canadian officials go when they want health care:

Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Danny Williams is set to undergo heart surgery this week in the United States.

CBC News confirmed Monday that Williams, 59, left the province earlier in the day and will have surgery later in the week.

This is reminiscent of American liberals who talk about how wonderful public schools are and then quietly send their children to private schools.

If Obama succeeds, where will Canadians go to get either timely or specialized treatment?
