The Absurdity of the Los Angeles Times

The Los Angeles Times has a lengthy article, written by   on the resignation of Lisa Jackson as EPA Administrator.   It includes lots of fluff, such as "Jackson said in her statement that 'I leave the EPA confident the ship is sailing in the right direction.'"  The article, however, is most notable for what it omits.

One thing not mentioned is the recent exposure of Jackson's possibly criminal use of secret email accounts to hide her EPA correspondence from FOIA and her consequent need to get out of Washington before a serious investigation can begin.  As this appears to be why she is resigning, the omission of it from the LA Times article is astonishing.

Also omitted is her suppression of science that disagreed with her  political advocacy of global warming and the imposition of CO2 regulations which is widely touted as her signature achievement.

Some news articles contain outright falsehoods.  Others, like this one, mislead by omission of the key facts.  In either case, the legacy news media is not to be trusted.
